CHINO Corporation proudly announces purchase of 100% holdings in their Joint Venture CHINO-LAXSONS in India on 22 Jan 2009. This makes the CHINO group to have its 2nd wholly owned subsidiary in overseas (1st CHINO Works America).
Now we have experienced and professional team of Management headed by Mr. Takao Kariya as a Chairman, Mr. Koji Yanagisawa as a President, Mr. Eiichi Takagi as a Senior Vice President, Mr. Jagdish Date as a Vice President and Mr. Katsunori Terui as a Director in CHINO Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. The state of Art Manufacturing Division continues to be at Daman.
With a growing number of competitors in the market, CHINO Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. will have stronger cooperation with group companies as well as CHINO Corporation of Japan, and put the best effort to expand customer base. With our network of Branch Offices and support activities spared across length and breadth of India we are confident of effective after sales activities.
We have shifted our Mumbai business centre to Navi Mumbai and also changed company name as CHINO Corporation India Pvt. Ltd w.e.f. 1 April 2009.
New CHINO Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. will start both in name and reality. |
